The Chief Information Officer—Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) is a premier IT services contract that includes a broad array of services, including cloud computing, cyber defense, and health IT solutions. This GWAC/IDIQ is open for use by all federal departments and agencies. CIO-SP3 has a ceiling of $20 billion and expires in 2022. NCI is proud to be an awardee of this GWAC. CIO-SP3 is a multiple-award, government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) sponsored by the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC). CIO-SP3 has a $20 billion ceiling, no minimum order, flexible contract types and the ability to award in modular increments. Task order requirements are submitted through NITAAC where a review is conducted within 24 hours to assure qualified responses. There is no fee for SOW or PWS scope reviews. RFPs are uploaded within minutes into eGOS, an automated competition and management system. The e-GOS system automatically distributes the RFP or RFI to qualified contract holders. Further, e-GOS is designed so the end user and the contracting officer are both involved through the entire procurement process. Awards can be made in as little as 30 days. The NITAAC Customer Support Center is available to provide help at any time throughout the acquisition process.
